4th Generation In The Coin-Op Industry
Owner Jacob Barry is fourth generation in his family to specialize in the coin-op industry. Jacob has been around everything coin-op from a young age. He has spent a lot of his time watching and learning from the generations before him, always having an interest in how the games work and how to repair them. Jacob and his father Tony started offering their services to customers in 2014.
Jacobs great-grandfather started everything with just a single Jukebox. He eventually started to offer other machines like pinballs. It grew into a business that operated most of western Iowa.
Jacobs Grandfather and Grandmother then started their own amusement business in 1959, serving central Iowa. They started out of a small house that filled up fast. The business outgrew the house and a bigger commercial building was purchased. The business is still in operation today.
Most of Jacobs family has or still works in the coin op industry. His great Uncle operated his own route for many years and three of Jacobs uncles still have their own coin-op businesses and routes.
Jacob has been repairing and restoring coin-op machines for over a decade. Working on everything from vintage pinballs, jukeboxes and slot machines, to all of the advanced modern games. He can work on anything coin operated, but his passion is pinball. With Jacobs experience combined with the industry knowledge of his family and the connections made, there is not much that has not been done. Whether you are looking to restore your vintage pinball, looking for a new machine for your home, or trying to increase revenue in your establishment, we can help!
